Can I order by phone or mail?

Yes! Please see our order page at www.protoolbelts.com/tool_belt_ordering.php for instructions on placing an order by mail or phone.

How long does it take for shipping?

Shipping takes generally 3-4 business days to arrive from when we process your order. Generally, if you order before noon mountain standard time we will have your tool belt shipped the same day. If not it will ship on the next business day.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally; however, due to the cost of international shipping our free shipping offer cannot be applied to international orders. We do apply a shipping credit to qualifying international orders. Estimated shipping costs are about $20 to $50 with an approximate arrival time of one week. All international shipping is done via USPS. Orders to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom can be placed on our website, for all other destinations please contact us. Shipping rates are calculated automatically and depend on weight and destination.

Customer is responsible for all import taxes, duties or surcharges.

My order status says awaiting shipment confirmation, has my order shipped yet?

Tracking numbers are currently available through the order status menu option. Once your product has been packaged a tracking number will be immediately available. Awaiting shipment confirmation means that your order has been sent to the shipping department and should ship that same day. Shipment statuses are updated to shipment confirmed once a week.
